I have significant design experience, bringing a conceptual perspective that leads to a holistic and strategic approach to crafting deliverables.
I have led broad projects, ranging from the design of educational and government services to mobile banking offers, launching a car brand and end-to-end service strategy for international airports.
I am experienced in creating a range of deliverables. These include; UX specifications (wire-framing etc.), design principles, behavioural guidelines, service blueprints, journey maps and service/information architecture.
I have designed bespoke research projects for clients, from project proposal through to delivery. I am skilled in engaging with a wide audience, encouraging people to focus and collaborate around an objective.
I am comfortable with using various qualitative methodologies and tools to illicit meaningful insights including; film ethnography, on-line networks, co-creation workshops, various interview techniques and prototyping.
